How to Mail-Order Rune Wares

I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and Discovery. You can use a card issued in any country in the world. Your card account will be debited in your local currency equivalent of the US Dollar price given on the product page. Card companies don't usually charge anything for doing this, but you might find they have tweaked the exchange rate a couple of percent to cover the conversion cost.

If you have a GB Pounds bank account and you're in no hurry, you will find it a bit cheaper to mail order because I include a smaller amount to cover postage and packing.

Prices quoted on the product pages include postage and packing to anywhere in the world.

Sending Payments by mail
You can send cash notes or you can send a cheque or money order made out to Robert Oswald. I will accept any of these currencies:

• Stirling (U.K. Pounds)

• Euros

• US Dollars

• Canadian Dollars

• Australian Dollars

• New Zealand Dollars

Sorry I can't accept any other currencies at the moment, the exchange rates are too unreliable.

Cash
I accept paper money only, so you have to round the value up to the nearest amount. Send it by recorded or registered mail, or wrap it up well so that it is hidden from prying eyes or fingers. A bit of cardboard inside the envelope works quite well.

Cheques ( That's British English for Checks)
A normal personal or business cheque will be OK.
For Overseas customers (i.e. not in U.K.) - you don't have to make any special arrangements with your bank, and it doesn't incur any extra charges on your account.
It does incur an extra charge of GBP5.50 on my account, though. That's why there is a surcharge for cheque payments on the Order Form.

Please make sure you enter this amount on the order form before you add up the total. And remember, the surcharge is per cheque. So, even if you are ordering several items, there is still only the one surcharge.
